Youth Ministry
Ocheltree has an active Youth Group that is focused on helping teens learn the Bible as it applies to them, and activate them to serve God within their community. Our theme is 'Rooted', taken from Colossians 2:6-7. We would love to have you join us for any of our meeting times or upcoming activities. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
Sunday school
Sunday Mornings are a time when we try to go through the Bible verse by verse to learn the context and history behind the passages we are reading, as well see the doctrinal application that God is trying to teach us.
We are currently going through the book of Colossians, where we see a great picture from the Apostle Paul of what genuine Christianity looks like.
Wednesday Night
Wednesday Nights we play some games as a group and the teaching is more discussion oriented to get everyone involved. If you're looking for a chance to build community with like-minded peers, this is the time to do it!
Right now we are going through a study we call Mechanics of the Christian Life. We are taking a look about all the little things that make up our Christian life and that keep us moving forward.
Activities
We have regular activities throughout the year. From camp and youth rallies, to game nights at the church, we always have something coming up soon!
We would love to welcome anyone from 6th grade to a senior in high school to join us! God has us all on different journeys through life, but we believe we can be a help to one another as we seek Christ together.
